Order Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and typically take 3–7 business days to process. During peak seasons, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to your provided address. Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
