Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom-made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We will make it right by sending the correct item or providing a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note

Since all products are custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
